Shipping & Returns
1.Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) in time for your event!
2.We will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that shipping companies can also run a bit behind during peak times of the year.
3.Due to large volumes during the holiday season, your delivery time may be delayed.
4.Customers who order too close to the Holidays may find their order arrives a few days after the Holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries.
5.Late deliveries during the Holidays will not be entitled to free shipping or a refund in shipping costs.
6.FIRST IMPRESSIONS is not liable for damages to products that occur during shipping.
RETURN POLICY
1. Our number one goal is to provide quality products and services to our clients. We DO NOT offer refunds on products or services, unless an error has occurred.
2. In the unlikely event that you had some type of error in your order, please contact us immediately. You must contact FIRST IMPRESSIONS within 24 hrs of receipt of your order.
3. We will gladly replace your order or offer exchanges after providing proof of error to your products.
4. Due to the nature of this business, all custom items are non returnable due to our inability to resell these custom products.
5. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
